Quiet and excellent hotel located in a nice area short walk to stores and restaurants. Fairly quiet and clean rooms with a terrific breakfast. Central heating, pay television and a microwave in the room. Amiable, wonderful staff with smiling face. Great experience, chilled-out base for shopping.

It was easy to find, close to Interstate 20. Numerous restaurants and fast food nearby. Next door to a Vicksburg mall. Room was spaceous. Ethernet cord was available for fast internet connection. Nice complimentary breakfast.
The maid knocked to enter the room before we checked out, while we were still sleeping. I couldn't find a "Do Not Disturb" sign.

The room was quite spacious and surprisingly comfortable, and the staff were always helpful when i needed anything. Unlike my previous stay in vicksburg, this time, i felt that my needs were actually attended to.

The facility was "pleasant". Nothing exceptional but clean and nice, just what I generally am looking for in a hotel of this price range. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and above all, professional. I define professional as knowing what to do and doing it promptly and well.

I appreciated the courteous front desk staff . After a long day, I wanted to relax and found the outdoor pool to be a good spot to unwind.
The cleanliness of the hotel could use improvement. I noticed some stains on the bedding which was concerning, and the bathroom had issues that should have been addressed beforehand.

I was actually surprised by the cheerful decor and accessibility features! The wide hallways made it easy to maneuver, and all the rooms had comfortable seating to relax after a day of exploring.
